Types of neon flex

We have two types of Neon Flex

90° Graver Tool

The 90-degree graver tool is used to create precise angled cuts in Neon Flex, allowing for clean and accurate bends—especially sharp corners like right angles. It carefully scores the outer silicone without cutting right through the silicone, making it ideal for shaping Neon Flex into custom designs with professional, seamless results.

Round graver tool

The rounder graver tool is designed to create smooth, curved notches in Neon Flex, making it easier to form gentle bends and rounded shapes. It carefully removes a portion of the outer silicone casing without cutting right through the silicone, allowing for flexible, flowing curves in your designs while maintaining a clean and polished finish.

CNC bit

The CNC bit is used to cut precise grooves or slits into mounting surfaces, allowing the Neon Flex to sit securely in place. These grooves are designed to perfectly fit the silicone body of the Neon Flex, ensuring a snug, flush installation. Ideal for custom signage, the CNC bit ensures clean, accurate channels for a professional and durable finish
